Indiana: a fruity, spicy and invigorating non-alcoholic cocktail.
This drink with exotic flavors will take you on a journey thanks to the subtle, but no less present, aromas of curry and cinnamon, combined with the vitality of tropical fruits.
INGREDIENTS

Prepare in a shaker and serve in a pineapple glass (or a collins)

- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30ml) cranberry juice
- 1 oz (30ml) lime juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) cinnamon grenadine syrup (see recipe below)
- 1 pinch of curry powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION

- Pour all ingredients into the shaker
- Add ice to 3/4
- Stir
- Strain into your glass filled with ice using a strainer
- Finish by adding a slice of pineapple and 1 cinnamon stick
RECIPE FOR GRENADINE SYRUP WITH CINNAMON

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 500 grams of sugar
- 500 ml pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

- In a saucepan, crush the cinnamon sticks
- Add the sugar, pomegranate juice and orange blossom water and bring to the boil
- Let cool to room temperature, while letting the cinnamon sticks infuse
- Once the mixture has cooled, filter, bottle and keep cool.
