A warm mocktail to face the winter! Made with lapsang souchong, a tea characterized by its smoky flavor, this alcohol-free cocktail offers a perfect harmony of flavors thanks to the sweetness of agave syrup.
INGREDIENTS
Prepare live and serve in a cup

- 3 oz (90 ml) lapsang souchong tea (hot)
- 0.75 oz (20ml) lemon juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) agave syrup
Decoration: A star anise and 3 Jamaican peppercorns

METHOD OF PREPARATION

- Pour the hot lapsang souchong tea into the cup
- Add the agave syrup then the lemon juice
- Stir
- Finish by adding a star anise and 3 Jamaican peppercorns.
PRO TIP
Make your own homemade agave syrup by simply adding 1/5 boiling water to 4/5 agave syrup to make it more fluid. This will allow for better dissolution in the shaker and prevent the product from sticking to your measure.
